Shipping policy

Every package is personally prepared and packaged by me with great care.  As a small, one ~ person business, I do my best to get your purchase on its way as quickly as possible.  I ship Mon to Fri, in the US all shipments will include tracking.  Orders will be shipped to the address given at check out.  Please make certain the name and address are correct.  I can not be responsible for delays, loss or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address.  

Insurance is an additional option and I encourage you to consider it for higher value items.  If you choose insurance it is intended to provide protection against qualifying loss or damage during transit.  If a package is damaged contact me as soon as possible.  I will help you with documentation and do all I reasonably can to assist with the claim.  PLEASE retain all packing materials as these may be required for the claim.

 

Once a package is accepted by the carrier, delivery times and delays are out of my control.  Weather, volume and unforeseen circumstances can occasionally affect delivery.  I will always do my best to help locate a delayed package and provide any information available to me, but I cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

International:  Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs or other fees imposed.  These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.  Please be aware that customs can be very slow moving.
