All sales are final.  I do not accept exchanges or refunds.  Pierced jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged du to applicable local health and safety laws.

 

I reserve the right ti correct typographical errors, pricing errors, and inaccuracies in listings.  And the right to cancel an order if absolutely necessary due to an error or unforeseen circumstances.   I am in central fl, storms are often and electricity and internet can come and go for days.  Many pieces are one of a kind and there may never be another similar piece.  Payment must be completed in checkout and and order is not packaged until payment has been successfully processed on my end.    Fir US buyers tracking will be available when I ship ( usually within 24 hours ).  Please see my shipping and insurance policies above.   

I make every reasonable effort to represent each item accurately through photos and descriptions,  PLEASE remember colors can somewhat different depending on lighting, scree, individual devices or screen settings.  If you need clarification or have any questions about color, materials used or anything please reach out to me.
